  2. What was the research requirement? A leading Indian e-commerce company wanted to understand the purchase behaviour, satisfaction levels and future considerations of consumers who shop online. The survey had to cover all major e-commerce categories such as lifestyle, furnishing, groceries, personal care, toys and baby care, consumer electronics and others. 2

  3. What were the challenges? • Getting completes from lower SECs and smaller cities and towns was a challenge • Quotas also had to be maintained on every category 3

  4. How did Borderless Access tackle the problem? • We performed custom sampling in order to fulfil all the difficult quotas • We sent SMS reminders, app and desktop notifications to ensure completes across demographics 4
