  1. Three lesser-known facts about AILET AILET is considered to be one of the most competitive exams owing to the limited number of seats it offers. Its difficulty level is also considered to be higher than other law entrances. Below are the three facts you must know about AILET- 1.AILET is not difficult to crack if you work smart enough- Owing to its high competitiveness, many students fear that they won’t be able to study at NLU, Delhi. However, if you believe in yourself and are passionate about studying at one of the top law schools in the country then nothing can stop you. What matters the most is your approach towards the exam. You must remain positive and true to yourself. Your approach should be smart in order to save time and achieve greater efficiency. For starters, you must be thorough with the exam pattern. Go through past year's papers and practice each and every question. This will help you gauge the type of questions that are asked and then you can prepare accordingly. 2.You cannot club AILET and CLAT’s preparation- Most students don’t devote separate time to AILET’s preparation. Clubbing your CLAT preparation with AILET is not a good idea as the exam pattern is distinct for both of them. For CLAT, you don’t have to focus on a lot of factual knowledge, but instead on the practical application of different topics. On the other hand, AILET requires factual based knowledge which requires mugging up certain topics. For instance, AILET has more static general knowledge than current affairs. Moreover, the difficulty level of AILET is higher than CLAT so you need to give a separate amount of time to such questions. 3.Maths plays a crucial role in AILET- Most of the students leave out Maths because its weightage is not much. Many also leave it because they fear it. However, you must not forget that AILET only offers a very limited number of seats. It is very important for you to have an upper edge over others. Getting a good score in Maths can increase your rank manifold. There are certainly important topics which you cannot forget- Percentage, Average, Ratio and Proportion, Profit and Loss and Mensuration. To ace this section, you must practice as much as you can. Quantitative Aptitude by RS Aggarwal is a good book to understand concepts. All in all, it is imperative for you to be regular with your preparation. Making a timetable helps a lot in this front as it will help you be regular and also ensure appropriate time delegation. Rest assured, keep working hard!
