  1. Atlas Technologies Case Study For 60-90 Tph Stationary Asphalt Drum Mix Plant Philippines.

  2. Client Requirement The customer is a road contractor from Philippines. They had a requirement of around 70-80 tph of hot mix asphalt production to carry out road works in Philippines. Since it was their first import they were a little worried about the quality and productivity of the equipment offered to them. They saw the pictures and videos available on our website and wanted surety as to the equipment offered will be same as the one shown on the website. They were assured that it will be the same.

  3. Solution Offered We offered them our DM 50 (60-90 tph) – stationary asphalt drum mix plant as per their requirement. The package offered to them was with aggregate feeder, drying and mixing drum, LDO tank, load out conveyor, single bitumen tank, mineral filler, pollution control unit and control cabin with panel. Finally they made advance 30% of the total equipment value and we started manufacturing the equipment. Below are few pictures of the customer when they visited Atlas Technologies in India. We visited one of our installed plants in India also so that customer can see the working plant

  4. Final Product and Loading The delivery of the equipment was completed before time and the customer was keen to visit India to inspect the equipment before the loading. Below are few pictures during the loading of the equipment.

  5. Installation & Commissioning Atlas supported the customer to get the plant installed and commissioned in Philippines. One mechanical technician from Atlas visited to assist the mechanical work and one electrical technician visited to assist in the electrical work and calibration of the asphalt plant.
