WHAT WE ASK OFYOUR ORGANIZATION IN ADVANCE • Contract Closing Fee of $495.00 • An Appropriate Lot Approximately 300’ X 500’ (plus adequate parking) • Local Permits • Collect for and Deliver Phone Promotion Tickets • Meet with 24-Hour team • Local Promotion & Marketing Campaign, funded by your advertising sales.

  14. WHAT WE ASK OFYOUR ORGANIZATION ON CIRCUS DAY • 3500 Gallons of Drinking Water (Fire Hydrant) • Police/Fire Protection as Local Law Requires • Representation at Both Shows • Help with Parking • Settlement of Advance Ticket Sales - 10 a.m. Circus Morning
