    5. TFS Development Plan Goals and Objectives Provide housing and support facilities for a base population of 125 residents during the summer field season. Provide overload and educational conferences housing. Connect to the fiber optic cable that runs from Prudhoe Bay to Valdez. Provide laboratory facilities to support a base user group of 125 researchers during the summer field season. Provide an intracamp LAN and Phone system.

TFS Development Plan Goals and Objectives v Provide shower facilities. v Provide clothes washing facilities. v  Provide a gray and blackwater holding/treatment facility. v  Provide dinning facilities for a base population of 125 residents. v Provide residence and support facilities to accommodate 25 year round users. v  Provide a science support workshop. v  Provide and incubation and environmental chamber facility

    7. TFS Development Plan Goals and Objectives v Provide a winter science support building. (labs, office, winter base of operation, comms, storage, ship/rec.) v  Connect to the Alyeska Natural gas line, covert facilities to natural gas. v Support expanded use of facilities during short-term summer field courses and field trips. v  Support Arctic Environmental Observatory/NEON v  Act as Regional Arctic Logistics provider. v  Provide secure summer and winter storage space. v Support summer& winter field courses with classrooms and lecture halls.
