Ways to develop and encourage creativity in students are: Create A Compassionate Environment Creativity requires a supportive environment. Students need to trust that they can make mistakes while experimenting new ideas. Embrace Creativity During Learning The classroom activities should be creative in nature. Showcase different ways of solving a problem, or creative solutions to a real-world scenario. Use Effective Strategies A successful approach involves the use of creative art and learning programs that emphasize on cognitive and emotional functioning. Think Of Creativity As A Skill Find ways to encourage the use of creativity and break it down into smaller skill sets. Make it a point to reward the students for creative solutions to a general problem. Support Intrinsic Motivation It fuels creativity.
