  2. What is biltong Biltong is nothing more but dry meat of anything, such as beef, poultry, fish or venison. Among them, venison and beef win the hearts of tasters.Biltongis commonly served as a snack when fishing, camping or favourite food to enjoy at school. Biltong is a ready-made food used to cook with the basic resources of nomads— knives to shape sizes, salt to flavour and preserve.
