  2. What happens? When we exercise or play sport, certain parts of our body take a large amount of the load. Because of the way we weight bear, our lower backs is one of the areas that experience the most significant loads. BODYLINE HEALTH

  3. What is causing the soreness? Soreness after sport can be due to various factors. Some of the most common causes include: Delayed onset muscle soreness. Muscle Strain. Chiropractic Subluxation. Spinal joint sprain.
