  1. A Carnivore Diet Recipe to Vegetarian Breakfast @ Bradkearns.com When you're on the carnivore diet, you're likely looking for tasty carnivore diet recipes. This popular diet for weight loss is vegetarian high in protein and contains a lot of other healthy components. Fortunately, the recipes we've shared here are simple to prepare, can be stored for a long time, and are ideal for weekend getaways or backpacking trips. 1. Egg White Omelet Ingredients: 1/2 cup of eggs, 2 tablespoons of milk, 1 tablespoon of butter, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs (optional). Method: Mix the eggs, milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Add the desired amount of herbs if used. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, pour in the egg mixture and cook until set. Flip the omelet over and continue cooking for about 30 seconds longer. Remove from pan and serve. 2. Scrambled Eggs Ingredients: 4 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/4 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon butter. Method: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and milk. Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and stir continuously until scrambled. Serve immediately. 3. Bacon & Cheese Omelet Ingredients: 1/2 cup of bacon, 1/2 cup of cheese, 1/2 cup scrambled eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4teaspoon black pepper, 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon butter.

  2. Method: Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble. Set aside. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and flour. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and melted butter. Stir in the crumbled bacon. Place the skillet back on the stove over medium heat. When hot, pour in the batter and allow cooking until golden brown and bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese and cover with foil while still warm. Cut into wedges and serve. 4. Spinach Frittata Ingredients: 6 eggs, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 teaspoon basil, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/4 teaspoon thyme, 1/4 teaspoon parsley, 1/4 teaspoon rosemary, 1/4 teaspoon sage, 1/4 teaspoon marjoram, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon cloves, 1/4 teaspoon ginger, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom, 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds, 1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds, 1/4 cup spinach, 1/4 cup mushrooms, 1/4 cup red bell peppers, 1/4 cup green onions, 1/4 cup sunflower sprouts, 1/4 cup broccoli florets, 1/4 cup zucchini, 1/4 cup yellow squash, 1/4 cup carrots, 1/4 cup celery, 1/4 cup leeks, 1/4 cup scallions, 1/4 cup chives, 1/4 cup parsley, 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, 1/4 lemon juice, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup water. Method: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Whisk the eggs, add the remaining ingredients except for the cheeses, and season with salt and pepper. Spread the vegetables evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
