  4. Brazilian Magazine The Brazilian community in Florida It is in the 1980’s that the Brazilian population started coming to the United States. In the late 1990’s, the situation changed. The Brazilian population started growing and a stable community was created. Now, more Brazilians are not just to stay for a few months or years, but to settle here and make the United States their home. Brazilian Magazine According to IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics), 2.5 million Brazilians between 20 and 44 years of age is not living in Brazil.
