  1. Brian Kernick, President and Founder of Greenview Developments was born and raised in Canmore, Alberta with over 25 years of extensive experience in real estate as an owner international property professional, construction manager and development manager.

  2. His first development project was in Canmore, called Grotto Mountain Village, a highly successful 125 manufactured housing community that won the Mayor's award for Urban Design, Community Neighborhood Enhancement, and Facility Construction

  3. Brian incorporated Greenview Developments in 1992 with the intention of being close to his family

  4. Under Brian’s leadership, Greenview Developments has been involved in the construction, development and management of low-rise and high-rise residential and commercial properties, mixed-use developments and hotels.

  5. Brian Kernick is a dynamic leader with a strong technical and business background.

  6. While functioning as a Development Manager for APP Property (Australia's largest project management company) and KPMG Real Estate Services, Brian provided business and development advice for various companies and governmental agencies. "

  7. In 2002, Brian Kernick was 80% shareholder and the managing partner in the construction of the Advantage West Inns & Suites hotel in Fort McMurray, Alberta. His role included the planning, construction, contract tendering, executive leadership, and sale for profit of the hotel in 2008.

  8. Brian’s company has completed a variety of successful projects embarked upon. In 2009 – 2011 Luxstone Landing in Calgary with a value of $3.3 million and Sage in Regina (176 townhomes) with sales revenue of $35 million was completed.

  9. Brian Kernick is an intelligent leader with vision, organizational skills and a record of accomplishments. He has demonstrated that he is able to work well on numerous projects at the same time, all while still being able to meet stringent deadlines, standards and budget limits.

  10. In his spare time, Brian likes to live an active lifestyle and engage with his family. He keeps a sharp mind and body by enjoying hobbies like cycling, skiing, water skiing, reading, and keeping company with family and friends.
