CIELO FARMS NURSERY VS THE TOWN OF SW RANCHES Town of SW Ranches Attorney Keith Poliakoff and head of code enforcement Julio Medina; illegally contacted the Broward County Tax Appraiser's office to state that Cielo Farms Nursery had FRAUDULENTLY acquired their agricultural exemption designation that had been approved since 2021. After this unethical and False behavior from both Town Attorney Mr. Poliakoff and Code Enforcement Julio Medina, Cielo Farms immediately filed an appeal with their attorneys and Expert Agricultural specialist. Plan of Action of Cielo Farms Nursery once their Agricultural Exemption is reinstated: • Continue to do Future Events • Honor our loyal clients, that are on standby awaiting 100% Clearance that their special day will be honored. • Suing Attorney Poliakoff personally for defamation libel and slander. • Suing Julio Medina and the entire Code Enforcement team for False Code Violations with Police reports as Proof. • Suing any and all council members/commissioners that have stated untrue and malicious statements against Cielo Farms Nursery. • Suing the Town administrator for allowing a Town attorney to blatantly use his power against hardworking, decent, tax-paying citizens of SW Ranches. Cielo Farms Nursery attorneys have asked the State of Florida to investigate Attorney Poliakoff and the Town of SW Ranches for Legal Malpractice. Cielo Farms attorneys will be contacting the Florida Bar and filing multiple complaints against Attorney Poliakoff. A State Investigation is forthcoming on the hearings and fines charged by the code enforcement department with the leadership of Attorney Poliakoff on the amounts to charge for the fines with those fines being used to pay Attorney Poliakoff in excess of 600k last year. It seems as though the Fines are Attorney Poliakoffs personal piggy bank the more he fines the more he can charge by billing the Town for unnecessary litigation again the Citizens of SW Ranches (Disgraceful) Time is running out on Attorney Poliakoff's Unethical behavior the lid is coming off and anyone interested should stay tuned.
