  1. Steps for Making Your Entry to the US A visa is a necessary document that is needed by any individual in order to make an entry outside their country. The duration of their visa totally depends on the type of work they are planning for doing outside their country. There are several types of visa from which you can apply for. For Instance, if you are a student then you have to apply for a student visa. A B1 visa is a type of visa that can be given to the person who wants to visit the US for a short duration of time. You may be eligible for availing a B-1 visa if you will be participating in certain business activities that are of commercial or professional nature in the United States.

Before applying for B1 Visa, you have to fulfill certain B1 visa requirements, which include:- •The reason for your visit to the United States •Your duration of stay •You have sufficient funds to cover the expenses of the trip and your stay in the United States •You are residing outside the United States If you are found eligible after fulfilling the requirements, you are granted a b1 visa for the period that is necessary to carry out your business activities, which is up to a maximum period of 1 year as the b1/b2 visa length of stay is not more than 1 year.
