  1. Tooth Extraction in Brampton Tooth Extraction

  2. What Is Tooth Extraction ? Tooth extraction is a common dental procedure that involves the removal of a tooth from its socket in the jawbone. There are several reasons why a tooth may need to be extracted, including decay, gum disease, trauma, or overcrowding. At Castle Oaks Dentistry, we understand that the thought of having a tooth pulled can be intimidating, which is why we strive to make the process as comfortable and pain-free as possible. Our team of dental professionals is dedicated to providing the highest quality dental care to our patients. We use the latest technology and techniques to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Our goal is to help you maintain a healthy and beautiful smile for a lifetime.

  3. The Tooth Extraction Process The tooth extraction process typically takes about 30-60 minutes, depending on the complexity of the procedure. Before the procedure, our dentist will numb the area around the tooth with a local anesthetic to ensure that you are comfortable during the procedure. Once the area is numb, our dentist will use specialized instruments to gently loosen the tooth from its socket in the jawbone. In some cases, the tooth may need to be sectioned into smaller pieces to make removal easier. After the tooth is removed, our dentist will clean the area and place gauze over the socket to help control bleeding. You may be given instructions on how to care for the extraction site at home, including how to manage pain and swelling, and how to maintain good oral hygiene.
