Rajasthani cuisine also includes a range of sweets and desserts, such as ghevar, rasgulla and balushahi. Some popular dishes from Rajasthan include: ● Dal Baati Churma: Dal Baati Churma is a traditional dish from the Indian state of Rajasthan. It is made up of three parts: dal (lentils), baati (hard wheat rolls), and churma (a sweet mixture of crushed baatis mixed with ghee and sugar). The dal and baatis are typically served together, and the churma is served as a dessert.
