What is generating my pc shut down intermittently? Asus Crosshair motherboard 4GB RAM Radeon HD3850 Graphics Card 500 GB HDD MSI Wireless Community Card Soundblaster Audio Card Utilizing WinXP-Professional 32-little bit I’ve dominated out overheating because the CPU/GC temperatures don’t exceed 60C upon shutdown (no BSOD), and it is not my GC since I switched it with an additional card (the very same brand name and model) and the same difficulty stored happening. I have the most update graphics drivers. I ran a HDD diagnostic program and benefits showed that the HDD was working stably. All of the wire hookups are appropriate, to my information, but I will verify them once again if required. I also have all the Home windows provider packs. Anyway, the strange issue is that “Elder Scrolls Oblivion” operates fine for me, but 20 seconds after operating a Mmog called “NeoSteam” my personal computer just shuts down without having any notice, as though the electrical power was completely reduce. I am completely stumped as to the lead to of this issue, so any ideas would support. Many thanks. Sorry, forgot to incorporate this – Even right after a fresh reinstall, my personal computer even now does this. I have however to try the recommendation for using 2gb.. but so much three.5gb is getting detected, so it isn’t so significantly of a sacrifice. I’ll give it a try even though, if there is a likelihood that it may possibly correct the problem. I wish I experienced another PSU to test it with but i’m short of another with that a lot wattage. I think it’s amongst my motherboard itself and my PSU, but I’m considering it’s a lot more most likely the PSU. Perhaps I must get a much better a single.
