  8. The mixing system has the capacity to handle the increased concrete throughput and only needs to be re-set to accommodate the increased mixing speed. • Aluminium pallets can be added to the system at any time to suit the increased production throughput.

  12. The concrete mixer is loaded with sand, cement and colour, and automatically feeds concrete to the extrusion machine via a mix feed conveyor. • The production cycle is controlled by a PLC unit which operates at a speed of 10 tiles per min.
