  2. E plus Group of companies is the third largest telecom services provider in Germany which has around 25.5 million customers. The service provided by the group under the name “Ay Yildiz” is the first & one of its own kind as it provides low cost efficient plans to the Turkish community to stay connected with their friends and relatives in the same company.

  3. Earlier brand which goes by the name “vybemobile” which has been functioning since December 2011 is the owner of mobile discounters blue mobile namely “Ortel Mobile GmbH” & “Simyo” as well. Post 2014 the acquisition of E-plus servicewas done by a Spanish telecommunication group “Telefonica” and its official announcement was done in the month of July (2013). Before this acquisition took place in October 1, 2014, E plus was a part of Dutch KPN Group from year the 2000. The entire merger was acquired by the payment of five billion euros also the German Society had control over 17.6% of shares.
