  2. Several celebrities have plans to buy and sell various luxury estates across the country, reports Forbes.

  3. The first home mentioned is Neil Patrick Harris’ estate with partner David Burtka, whose mansion is in the Sherman Oakes area.

  4. Harris and Burtka purchased the establishment in 2010 for just over two million dollars.

  5. Now, the home is selling for just shy of three million dollars.

  6. there is already a buyer in mind and the couple is hopeful that the deal can be settled with relative ease and quickness.

  7. Model Cindy Crawford and restauranteur husband Rande Gerber have long been prominent figures in Los Angeles beach community, Malibu.

  8. Gerber owns a local restaurant in the area entitled Café Habana.

  9. The couple wants to settle into the area, so they have purchased a $6 million four bedroom and four bathroom home in the Point Dume neighborhood.

  10. However, the home may possibly be torn down for the sake of construction of new dream home for the couple.

  11. Wilfred Brimley, the eighty-year-old pitchman for Quaker Oatmeal, is looking for something less luxurious.

  12. Currently, he owns a 276 acre ranch located just outside of Greybull, Wyoming for $1.25 million.

  13. The facility is a working ranch located at the foot of the Bighorn Mountain range.

  14. It has 160 acres of irrigated land, including lands for grazing cattle, water rights and a long stretch of trout-fishing stream.

  15. The property includes two currently vacant homes—one with three bedrooms, and one log house.

  16. Also, there is a three thousand six hundred square foot shop and equestrian facility.
