Freedom of expression: Children have the right to freely express their views on matters that affect them, and their opinions should be given due weight in accordance with their age and maturity. Right to play and leisure:Children have the right to engage in play and recreational activities appropriate to their age, and to participate freely in cultural and artistic activities. Right to a family environment: Children have the right to live with their parents unless separation is necessary for their best interests. If separation occurs, the child has the right to maintain contact with both parents.
