To obtain Mutual Divorce following steps are needed:-
1. Prepare a mutual compromise deed and write down all the terms and conditions of Permanent Alimony, Child Custody, Stridhan, and Regular Maintenance, etc. 2. Sign the compromise deed in presence of the witnesses. 3. File joint petition of Mutual Divorce along with Exhibit/Annexure of Compromise Deed, Marriage Certificate, Child birth certificate, and Aadhar Cards of both. 4.
