IftheMinistrydeclinestoregisteratrademarkforanyreason,orifthe registrationissubjecttorestrictionsoramendments,theapplicantorhis representativemust beinformed in writingof the Ministry’sdecision.Such warningmaybesentbymoderntechnicalmeans.
