  1. Don't Give Me Any More Excuses! There are many excuses people use to not eat right, or exercise regularly. Maybe you find yourself repeating some of them, too. You have to learn when you really have a problem versus when you're simply searching for a way out of doing the hard work. Do you ever claim, "I don't have time?" If so, you're not alone. It's one of the most popular excuses. But everyone has time. Exercise can be done in small spurts and can be something as simple as walking.
