K -1 zone will be constructed in Dwarka (West and South-West) Delhi. The government has future plans for the underdeveloped regions of this zone under the Master Plan Delhi – 2021. K-1 zone gives opportunity to everyone to become an integral part of a greater good. Master Plan Delhi 2021 With the aim to create a epic infrastructure based in L-zone Dwarka with all facilities like Streets, proper sanitation, sewage, transportation system etc. To achieve this Delhi Master Plan, in short named as MPD 2021 is made. DDA land pooling policy approached as defined under MPD2021.
