  1. Mini Aluminium Roller Shutters Maverick Mini Roller Shutters are suitable for a variety of commercial, industrial and domestic applications. They possess internal or external installations like shopping centres, shop fronts, counter tops, arcades, servery’s, clubs, doorways, verandas etc.

  2. SPECIFICATIONS Each individual Mini can be of 3.0m width or total of 9 square meters. The curtain is constructed by interlocking 40mm x 1.5mm extruded aluminium slats, in 6063-T5 alloy to create a hinge. Each adjoining slat is fitted with moulded nylon end clips to avoid lateral movement and ensure a smooth operation inside the side guides.

  3. SPECIFICATIONS The bottom rail of the shutter is constructed using an extruded aluminium section 65mm x 10mm, thus encasing a locking device. The bottom rail houses have keyed centre locks inside the extrusion. This operates 15mm x 2mm aluminium flat bars which perform the functions efficiently. The standard locking position enables double sided lock with functions from both inside and out.

  4. SPECIFICATIONS The guides are constructed from extruded aluminium sections 53mm deep x 25mmwide, 62mm deep x 25mm wide or Heavy Duty 72mm deep x 27mm wide. The option of felt brush is also available. Manufactured from slotted 90mm x 40mm mild steel.

  5. SPECIFICATIONS All Mini roller shutters can be kept in different types of pelmet boxes from 150mm up to 250mm. The drum is constructed from 60mm diameter hexagonal tube. It is fitted with helical coil springs meant for counter balancing the curtain weight during the operation.

  6. SPECIFICATIONS Manual operation is carried out by simply pushing up and pulling down with the help of a supplied pull pole. Doors can be motorised electrically by using the push button, remote control, key switch operation etc. Clear anodised standard colour Powder coating can be used in Deluxe powder coat range.
