What we will do: • Meet and stay with a host family. • Participate in a traditional Kava Ceremony. • Attend a church service. • Visit a local school. • Sing, dance,and play games with the local children. • Visit the town of Sigatoka. • Visit Parliament, a museum, and shopping in Capitol city of Suva. • Visit the Cultural Center • Swim, relax, and enjoy life the way it was meant to be.

Packing List • Coil (1 per night) and matches • Antisan or the likes for insect bites • Insect repellent • Sunblock • Antibacterial liquid • Personal sanitary items. • Towels (2 or 3) • Hats/caps, sun glasses • Tropical wear • Clothes appropriate to dress code: light long sleeves, sarongs • One piece swim wear • Old shoes, sandals, flip flops • Hand fan • Flashlight • Small umbrella • Camera • Gifts for host family: T-shirts (large sizes), HK memorabilia, simple clothing items, simple toys, 7’s items, small games (not requiring batteries), please no expensive items. • NO expensive gadgets • Limited amount of money for souvenirs and water.
