A range of treatments are available for treating infertility including medications, hormonal therapies, and surgery along with assisted conception treatments including in vitro fertilization, Intracytoplasmic sperm injection, and assisted hatching. Homeopathy deals with the condition of infertility in a holistic manner and treats the condition in a comprehensive manner. • It treats the condition by eliminating the root cause and has worked very well for cases of infertility caused due to hormonal imbalances. Homeopathy assists in improving the ovulation cycles, increasing the motility and the general count of the sperms. It is also very useful in treating men with low sperm count. Homeopathic remedies can be used by any patient with infertility as it has no side effects! • Infertility • When a survey was conducted, it was found that 10% of Indians are infertile. This is a very big number considering our population. Infertility, apart from having lot of emotional and psychological comorbidities, affects the couple by creating numerous societal and social implications. While delayed marriages and lifestyles are supposed to be causes in India, there are other health conditions that lead to infertility. • Infertility is defined as the inability to conceive when a couple has unprotected sex for 12 months and more. For men, the fertility drops progressively after 40 years of age, and for women, the fertility drops from the age of 30 years. • Obesity • Eating Disorders. • Under/Over exercising. • STDs. • Stress. • Exposure to some chemicals. • Women have infertility issues due to certain conditions like PCOS, poor egg quality, thyroid disorders, premature ovarian failure, sub-mucosal fibroids, endometriosis and some chronic conditions. Men have infertility issues due to low sperm count, low sperm motility, or abnormal sperm. • There are a lot of causes that lead to sperm disorders including some medications for bodybuilding, and chemotherapy. Couples are diagnosed with infertility after a series of tests including semen analysis, hormone tests, Hysterosalpingography, ovarian reserve testing, and tests for sexually transmitted diseases.

Symptoms • In women: • Irregular/abnormal periods • No periods • Periods those are painful along with pelvic pain • Reduced sexual drive • Discharge from nipples • Pain during sex • In men: • Reduced sexual drive • Hair growth changes • Issues with ejaculation and erection • Swelling or pain in the testicles • Firm testicles
