  1. & How to Prevent Droopiness While Pregnant Breastfeeding With Breast Implants 362 Fairlawn AvenueToronto, ONM5M 1T6info@edelsteincosmetic.com (647) 931-5358 www.edelsteincosmetic.com

  2. The right approach If the surgeon places the incision under the breast (infra-mammary) or in the armpit (trans-axillary) and goes under the muscle, the breast tissue won’t be affected at all.

  3. You can safely breastfeed with implants If you can breastfeed without implants, you’ll be able to breastfeed with implants

  4. TOP CONCERN: The Peri-Areolar Incision To avoid complications, a different approach is taken when performing the peri-areolar incision. An experienced surgeon follows the skin down to the muscle, where the implant is going to be placed. In this way, the ducts and the breast tissue won’t be affected. Conclusion: The peri-areolar incision does not affect breastfeeding. Another incision type can be chosen if you prefer.

  6. How to prevent droopiness after having children If you’ve had breast augmentation and find out you’re pregnant, preventing droopiness is a primary concern for patients. Immediately after finding out you’re pregnant, Dr. Edelstein recommends you go and get a “granny bra”, the type of bra that gives you the best support all through pregnancy and all through the breastfeeding period. Wear it until your breasts have regressed back to normal. Fight gravity! If you leave your enlarged breasts unsupported, the skin will stretch out and you will get droopiness. stockphoto
