  2. What is PGDM and MBA? What is PGDM? The full form of PGDM is Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management is a diploma course and not a degree. PGDM can also be offered by autonomous institutes (not affiliated with any university). Such institutes cannot offer an MBA degree. What is MBA? The full form of MBA is Master of Business Administration, which is a Postgraduate Degree in Management offered by most of the management colleges and universities across the world. As MBA is a master’s degree, only recognized institutions affiliated to reputed universities can offer a degree in Business Administration.

  3. Eligibility PGDM Graduation in any stream or equivalent degree from a recognised university. Minimum 50 % in graduation (45 % for Reserved category students) or equivalent score.   7. Entrance Process PGDM Thorough CAT/ MAT/XAT/ATMA and some state-level examinations like TSICET, MAH-CET etc. MBA Thorough national and state tate level entrance examinations like CAT, MAT, CMAT, TSICET, MAH-CET etc.

  8. Salary PGDM Average salary of an MBA graduate is around INR 21.3 Lacs. MBA Average salary after PGDM diploma is around INR 12.96 Lacs.
