This results in a weakening of different body features as well as the development of other unsightly conditions like facial wrinkles and eye bags. Perhaps the most common cause of bags under the eyes is the loss of fatty muscle tissue in the upper cheeks, just below the eyes. Fatty tissue residing below the skin can be found through the body and the face. This fatty tissue breaks down with age, and it deflates at a faster rate below the eyes than other parts of the face.
