  4. Types • First we look at the most natural energy orientation • Extravert • Directed towards outer world of activities, excitements, people and things • Introvert • Directed inward to world of thoughts, interests, ideas and imagination

  5. Types continued • Look at way of perceiving or understanding that is most natural • Sensing • Notices sights, sounds, smells and all sensory details of present, looks at here and now • Intuitive • Seeks to understand, interpret and form overall patterns, looks at possibilities & future
