  6. Nutrition is MOST CRITICAL • Footprints offers nutritious and balanced vegetarian meals to all the kids at its centers. The meals include: Breakfast, Lunch, Seasonal Fruits, Snacks. • Nutritious Food is essential part of our Best Day Care Service. Only Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, Dry Fruits, Pulses and Grains. • No – Maida, Biscuits, Bread, Chocolates, Toffees, Added Sugar, Canned Juices, Chips, Soft Drinks, Added Color. • Menu is prepared on monthly basis and is shared with all the parents in advance. We always have “Safe Food” along-with our menu to take care of allergies.

  7. Health / Medication • Monthly Check Up (Weight, Height and Head Circumference) • Routine/Non-infectious diseases – Medication provided as prescribed by Parents. • Serious Illness/Infectious diseases (High Fever/Severe Cold &Cough) cases – Kids are requested to stay back at home.

Requirements • Area must be on Ground Floor, preferably near a Green Area • Open area for kids to be exposed to Sun Light and Open air • Uninterrupted Supply of Water, Electricity & Air Conditioning • Area must be compliant for disaster management & Easy Exit. E.g. Fire Safety, Earthquake, Flood, Acts of God, Terror.

Service Level Agreement • Timings - 9 AM to 6:30 PM • Personnel • 1 Head Teacher + 1 Senior Teacher + 1 Teacher + 3 Didi's • Replacement within 3 hours in case of absence • Replacement within a week in case someone leaves the Job • Parent Support • Email to be responded within 2 business days • Centre Head to be available on phone for immediate needs • Escalated query to be responded within a week

Commercials • Standard Service Rs. 7,000 / Child/ Month • Infant Surcharge Rs. 2,000 / Infant / Month (till child is 1 year old) • Optional Items • Food – INR 2,000 per month • CCTV & Mobile App – 1,500 per month • Inclusions - Personnel for Standard service and Stationery • Exclusions - CCTV, Mobile App, Food, Toys, Fixtures, Furniture, Electricity & other utilities, Internet, Repair & Maintenance, all other capital & operational expenditure • Payment Terms - 100% fee 15 Days in advance
