  2. Exercise Daily Studies shows that regular exercise help in maintaining good brain health. It also stimulate the development of new nerve cells and enhance the connection between brain cells. That make our brain more efficient and adoptable. It further helps in maintaining the blood pressure, improving cholesterol level , balancing sugar level and reducing stress and hence making our brain relaxed.

  3. Maintaining a Blood Pressure High Blood pressure adds the risk of cognitive decline when you age. Adapt a lifestyle that helps in maintaining a proper blood pressure. Stay healthy, exercise daily, avoid alcohol, reduce stress and eat nutritious.

  4. Take a Healthy Diet Eating a well-balanced diet can help you maintain a healthy body as well as mind. People who eat a diet rich in fruits, nut, vegetable, nuts and unsaturated oil are less likely to develop cognitive impairment and dementia.
