  1. Manhattan is within walking _d__istance_fr_oJJ1 AU.SA Emma Spiros_forme_Sher Tremonte office. Additionally, the Massive DOJ Corruption Uncovered in Case where Assistant US Attorney, Emma Spiro, Engaged in Assisting her Former Employer, Sher Tremonte, in an Under the Table Deal to Prosecute an Opponent of the Private Law Firm Assistant United States Attorney, Emma Spiro, began employment with Manhattan-based Sher Tremonte, in October 2017, and left the law firm on Friday, June 7, 2019. Six days prior to leaving Sher Tremonte, on Saturday, June 1, 2019, a tip to the FBI was sent at 7:34 am EST using a Wi-Fi connection through an internet service provider located at 32-6th Avenue, Manhattan, New York. The tipster claimed to be a prostitute, Lindsey B. who is a client of Sher Tremonte. Lindsey B. was contemplating a lawsuit against a man named Jose Torres regarding an unpaid escort fee from May 2015. Lindsey B. is represented by Sher Tremonte, specifically AUSA Spiro's former supervisor Noam Biale (partner) and Anna Estevao (associate). Lindsey B. lived in Nevada at the time of this tip and continues to live in Nevada, however, this location in phraseology of the anonymous tip is unlike a "working girl" and is not consistent with other of Lindsey B.'s writings. Instead, it reads more similar to someone with legal training, such as AUSA Emma Spiro, Noam Bia le or Anna Estevao, the Sher Tremonte attorneys that represent escort Lindsey B. It is more likely that this 2019 tip was planted by Emma Spiro or one of her co-conspirators Noam Biale or Anna Estevao. Due to the details included in the tip, no one could have made this post unless they had "institutional" and "substantial" knowledge of the events that allegedly occurred back in 2015. The tip appears to be either federal prosecutor Emma Spiro, Noam Biale or Anna Estevao impersonating Lindsay B. to create a falsified tip to the FBI. Emma Spiro was working at the time for the law firm, Sher Tremonte LLP, who had pending civil litigation against Torres. Emma Spiro then took a federal job with the Department of Justice and in less than 60 days initiated federal prosecution against Torres. This is strictly prohibited by federal law, as federal employees cannot use their new position of power to assist their former employers. The law restricts a federal employee from engaging in any activity related to their former employer for a minimum of 2 years. See Executive Order 13490, Order 74 FR 4673 (2009). Emma Spiro had secreted this information away from the court, the defense attorney and the defendant Jose Torres and it was not revealed until Torres uncovered it much later. Conflicts of Interest are to be presented in advance, not after they are caught. The facts appear to show a tale of a private lawyer, Emma Spiro and/or her co-workers. impersonating a federal witness to create a false tip to the FBI. This was followed by Emma Spiro joining the Department of Justice and lending a helping hand to her former employer to prosecute, in violation of federal law, an opponent of the law firm. Emma Spiro then covered it up until it was discovered by Torres. Emma Spiro's after-the-fact guilty conscience, is known under the law as Mens Rea. After it was uncovered, the DOJ doubled down by getting senior prosecutor Bruce Keller involved, who has taken extensive actions to cover up the corruption and remove any records of it off the public docket and out of the the public's view. United States Attorney Philip Sellinger then got directly involved by writing Judge Brian Martinotti requesting that the defendant be muzzled and that the docket be cleansed. Judge Martinotti complied with the request and suddenly did an about face, ordering the docket to be sanitized, and abruptly revoked Torres' pro se status to muzzle the corruption. Torres is an accountant and high level consultant and the transcripts confirm that Torres always acted properly and respectfully before the court and the judge. Thus, unprofessional conduct is not a determining factor. For more information, refer to Third Circuit Court of Appeals case no 23-2085 and the interlocutory appeal on the conflict of interest.
