INTRODUCTION • Locating in the Himalayas of Nepal to the north of Kathmandu valley and bordering Tibet Langtang is one of the popular places for its National park and mountains. • Trekking in Langtang makes one experience the astonishing view of mountains such as Mt Langtang, Mt. Lurung, Ganesh Himal, LakpaDorje, Yala Peak, Naya Kanga and Mt. Gaurishankar including the Annapurna Himalayan range.

SUMMARY ITENARY • Arrival at Tribhuvan Airport in Kathmandu, Nepal and sightseeing around Kathmandu and Preparing for trek in Langtang. • Next stop to Syabrubesi and Mundu via Langtang village . • Trekking from Mundu to KyangjinGompa and Explore TserkoRi. • Return to Sybrubesi and to Kathmandu. • Final departure from Kathmandu.

HIGHLIGHTS The main attractions of Langtang Trekking are: Langtang national park, Syabrubesi,KyangjinGompa, Gosainkunda, Tamang Heritage etc. • Langtangnational park being the 4th national park of Nepal which is richest national park for the birds, so Langtang trek could be the perfect one for bird watchers too. • Syabrubesi has its own scenic beauty in the way to Langtang. • KyangjinGompa popular for its local cheese factory and Tamang community’s hospitality.

  7. CONTINUED…. • Gosainkundatrek has the significance of nice snow-capped mountains and pilgrimage which lies in Lantang National Park. The lakes in Gosainkunda freeze after winter till spring and is considered to be one of the less crowded trekking in Nepal. • Tamang Heritage is located between the Ganesh Himal and the Langtang Himalayan Range that makes one feel the stunning views of the mountains which is inhabited by the ethnic groups of Tamang and Sherpa people.
