  2. Terms and Conditions Of 'Halloween Photo Contest' Please read the below mentioned terms and conditions before submitting your entries for our Halloween Photo contest. By submitting your entries, you agree to abide by them in full faith. Any violation will lead to disqualification and may invite legal action.

  3. Eligibility Criteria This contest is open to all legal citizens of United States. The participants must be 18 years or older and must have a valid identity proof and birthday certificate. They must be able to furnish them whenever required. We reserve all rights to verify the eligibility anytime during and even after the contest. Permanent and contract employees of PhotoStudioSupplies are not eligible to participate or vote.

  4. Validation of Entry The theme of our contest is Halloween. Anything related to Halloween is acceptable. Pumpkin carvings, baby costumes, Halloween food, decoration, make-ups, etc. are some of the ideas that might be considered. The photo you submit must be appropriate for all ages. PhotoStudioSupplies will screen all the entries and reserves the right to decide the appropriateness of the submission. Your entry must not directly or indirectly mean to defame, insult, annoy, or hurt religious, community, nationality, or sentiments of anyone. The photos submitted by you must be original and must be your own work or you must have the rights to use them.

  5. Continued... The photos you submit must be original and must not be used elsewhere. We do not accept photos that contain corporate logos, brand names, and other forms of advertising marks. Each participant can submit maximum 1 entry. Multiple entries through multiple accounts owned by one individual will lead to disqualification. Mechanically produced / reproduced entries are not acceptable and will lead to disqualification. PhotoStudioSupplies reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its sole discretion in case it finds it inappropriate.

  6. The Contest • The contest begins on October 1, 2013, 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on November 10, 2013, 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time. You can submit and popularize your entry any time during this contest. • Only legal citizens of United States who are 18 or above can participate in the contest. • To participate, you have to send your best Halloween photograph to salesphotostudiosupplies@gmail.comor message us on our Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/PhotoStudioSupplies

  7. Continued... • The submitted entries will be uploaded on our ‘Halloween Photo Contest’ album on our Facebook page. • This is a completely user-generated contest and the photo that receives maximum likes till the end of the contest will be the winner. • PhotoStudioSupplies will not be responsible for any technical error that might occur during the contest period.

  8. Prizes • There will be one winner and two runners-up. Only the winner will be eligible for the prize. • The runners up will not receive a prize but will be featured on our Facebook Page, emailers, and other forms of official communication that we will use regarding the contest. • Prizes cannot be negotiated, substituted, or exchanged for cash. • The participants must be able to furnish their identity proof while claiming the prize. • The winner and runner-ups will be notified by an official email.

  9. By participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any violation will invite legal action.
