  2. Automatic Ticket Vending Machine (ATVM) • Automatic Ticket Vending Machine (ATVM) is smart touch based ticket vending machine that was introduced to reduce passenger queues at ticket counters. These ATVMs can be operated with Smart Cards, UPI, & Cash/coin which make it convenient to use.ATVM machines are used widely by Indian Railways to reduce the ticketing queue. We at Addsoft, with a thought to take the Automatic ATVM a step forward and implement it as a helpful machine for a wide variety of transport industries, started manufacturing ATVM.The prime reason for introducing this machine is Our ATVMs are not only a good fit for railways but also are ideal for other transport industries like bus stops and metro stations.Our ATVM are touch-screen-based stand-alone kiosks operated by Smart Cards, UPI, and Cash/Coin. We have designed ATVMs to make them an ideal ticket solution, and its prime purpose is to overcome the tricky problems in traditional ticketing methods like waiting in a long queue, and safer handling of data.Automatic Ticket Vending Machines (ATVM) technology is automated, interactive, and dynamic, which is getting popular with various types of transport methods. So, it’s been adopted as a very convenient option for saving time and energy when people travel.We introduce RFID cards which are termed, Smart Cards. Smart Cards are chip-based cards like ATM cards, which act as payment media replacing or supplementing cash. These Smart cards contain an embedded computerized chip which is either a memory or microprocessor that stores and transfers data which improves the convenience and security of any transaction.For those who don’t have or want to go with the smart cards, we give them the option of UPI payment. We ensure the payment method is easiest, cashless, simple, fast, and safe.

  3. How Automatic Ticket Vending Machines (ATVM) function:- • We have introduced Smart Cards, which are available at the ticket counter from where a person can purchase a card. This card is rechargeable. • The passenger has to put the smart card in the ATVM machine. • The passenger has to choose the route and destination over the touch-screen monitor of the kiosk. • Once it’s confirmed, a printed ticket will come out, and the fare gets deducted from the Smart Card. • Those who don’t want to use a Smart Card can make the payment via the UPI payment method. • Our software has a multi-lingual menu, so it’s easy for all types of the passenger to use the ATVM.
