And as per the first travel bonus plan, 100 distributors of Glaze were taken for a fabulous trip to Istanbul from 12th June to 17th June 2019 Istanbul is considered as one of the 10 most beautiful cities of the world and it is also called European Capital of Culture. Company’s director Shri Sarabjeet Singh Arneja, CEO Shri Amarnath Sengupta, Sr. General Manager Shri Kush Kumar, Shri Vivek Mehrotra who is the National Head of the BDT department of Glaze and the chief guest Shri Rajeh Takiyar became the witness of this historic trip and glorious celebration. omebody has very correctly said that success is incomplete if it is not celebrated with pomp and show. And if we talk about the successful Galway distributors, then the brightness of their success u GREAT START OF THE JOURNEY The trip started on 12th June 2019, when 100 participants boarded the flight from Delhi and Mumbai for Istanbul. Their first destination was a five star hotel called Renaissance which was situated on a beach. The participants relaxed in the hotel and had light refreshment after which they went on a private cruise to spend a memorable day filled with enjoyment. The team enjoyed the scenic beauty of Istanbul and Bosporus river from the Bosporus River Cruise. The evening became very scintillating due to the beautiful sunrays kissing the water of River Bosporus during sunset, more splendour to this was added by the local dance, cultural performances and the cuisine. Next day the team visited the world famous Blue mosque of Istanbul. The mosque built in the 13th century has become an identity of this city gives a feeling of blue skies. After this everybody strolled in the miniature park where everyone was elated after seeing beautifully and intricately made miniatures of various famous buildings and museums of the city. This was indeed a very interesting way to know this city.

This event was special because company’s director Shri Sarabjeet Singh Arneja, CEO Shri Amarnath Sengupta along with the Sr. General Manager Shri Kush Kumar were also present in the event. Former Mr. India Shri Rajesh Takiyar, who is the president of Indian Gym Federation and also trains atheletes of Para Olymics free of cost, was the chief guest of the event. At the beginning of the program Shri Vivek Mehrotra, national head of the BDT Department of Glaze, highlighting the success of Glaze's journey till today, explained how Glaze has made itself one of the best direct selling companies in the past 15 years The CEO Mr. Amarnath Sengupta said that we do not have the time to stop now rather the speed of the business needs to be accelerated. He also spoke about taking Galway business from a local to a global level while dealing with the challenges of the direct selling industry, so that one day it would be considered as one of the most successful companies of the world. Apart from this, he also instructed to adhere to the rules and regulations and said that now we have to create such a network and business so that soon we celebrate our success in other countries of Europe. After this, the Sr. General Manager-Shri Kush Kumar took a pledge with everyone that by March 2020 the company’s turnover should reach the mark of 1500+ crores by motivating all the team members with an inspirational story. On seeing the mesmerising sceneries of Turkey from a hot air balloon, it seemed as though a piece of the moon had been cut and kept in Turkey. After this once in a Life Time Experience, everyone went to the City Tour, where they enjoyed Jerome Museum and Kaymakli underground city tour. World Meditation Day is celebrated on 21st May, so that people can overcome the stress of their demanding lives through meditation. To send across this message to maximum no. of people our peace volunteers celebrated World Meditation Day in the whole country including Chhatisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh and Assam. On this occasion, people were told about the benefits of meditation as well as they were made to meditate by using very simple methods so that people would be able to meditate on a daily basis and bring positive changes in their lives. World no Tobacco Day is celebrated every year on 31st May, so that people could be made aware of the harmful effects of consuming tobacco and could get rid of this addiction. SEP celebrated this day in its own style. A peace volunteer of SEP, Dinesh Mourya conducted an A.T.M session in Kala foundation, Dehradun. Kala Foundation is a rehabilitation centre that helps people in getting rid of addictions like drugs, alcohol and tobacco. In this program conducted by A.T.M, peace volunteers told the workers of the Kala foundation about the ways to get rid of narcotic addiction by using meditation as a tool to develop inner strength. A peace volunteer from Odisha, Surti Kisan, organised an A.T.M session in Jharsuguda and told people the ways that would keep them away from tobacco and other types of intoxicants. At the end of both the sessions, people stated that now they can keep themselves away from these intoxicants including tobacco. On the occasion of Buddha Purnima, practice of self meditation through A.T.M. Buddha Purnima is celebrated on the occasion of the birthday of a prince who left his home thousands of years ago in quest of knowledge and became Buddha from Siddhartha by attaining knowledge and sprituality.This day was made more remarkable by S.E.P. by conducting an A.T.M. (Any time meditation) in Mindrolling monastery in Clement Town with its mentor Ms. Romshree Manisha Ashesh. By becoming a participant of this program people enjoyed a pleasant and wonderful experience of curiosity and excitement. Similar programs were conducted by our Peace volunteers Mankunwar, Parmanand, Ashwini Kumar Patel, Sandeep, Shyamlata Janghade, Durveshwari, Shiv Kumar and Rai Singh in other areas of our country like Raipur in Chhatisgarh, Etoli near Nagpur in Maharashtra etc by going among the people. Along with this they made people aware of significance of meditation and mindfulness. Many people participated in these programs and performed A.T.M. as well. They also got to know how Lord Buddha attained spritualism through meditation and self-contemplation. 16

This year it was celebrated on the theme of ‘Beat Air Pollution’. Green area is being destroyed in the Arcadia Tea estate in Dehradun to make a smart city among tea gardens. While making some corrective initiatives in this direction, S.E.P. organised a program on 5th June 2019 to create an awareness amongst the people about climate change. An awareness was created for the environement with the help of meditation. As well as the deep connection between human civilization and the environment was explained. On World Environment Day our Peace Volunteers Dinesh Mourya, Surti Kisan, Jhunu Baaliyaar Singh and Kamini Bhera performed an A.T.M with 100 participants and created awareness about environment in Dehradun, Jharsuguda, Rourkela and Dhenkanaal.
