Once on the ground, we pass through villages, hamlets and cross the mighty Dudh Koshi river back and forth on narrow suspension bridges till the bridge crossing to Namche Bazaar, the commercial hub of the Khumbu region,  from where we get the first glimpse of the mighty Everest.
