Equator Overcoming the Obstacles & Focusing on the Future Milestone Mismatch Trending Equator Agent Assignments No Realtor 6,303 (18%) Proxy Agent 4,234 (12%) • Observations • Agent assignment statistics: • Proxy Agent assignments trending down 22% from February showing users are becoming more proactive in realtor assignment • Accounts with no assigned Agent showing 8.5% increase due to influx of newly imported accounts • Realtors assigned in Equator up 8.4% from February showing consistent LOB effort to assign realtors as soon as possible • 77% of Accounts with No Agents are in Initiation/Document Collection Status • 1st time realtors adjusting easier to Equator through user familiarity with system navigation • Action Plans • Q2 Enhancement will convert all tasks to dual and need to utilize proxy agents minimized • Phoenix Action Plan • Gradually decommission proxy agent accounts - pending LOB review Equator Phase Boarding (February to March) • Observations • Influx of Phase Changes from February to March • Document collection phase showing 42% increase due to LOB efforts in initiation phase • Verify & Receive Offer tasks showing 181% average increase through both phases • Closing & Approval phases showing 54% decrease through both phases
