  2. Scientific Relation • Scientifically, it has been depicted that both physical appearance and mental health are interdependent; one influences the other in every probable aspect. This is well evident as mental ailments can cause several physical anomalies like hypertension and allied issues prematurely. •  On the other hand, the effect of a poor physique on mental health goes beyond occasional disruptive thoughts. Today, it is one of the most alarming cases of premature psychological disorders and casualties. The condition is such that it’s nearly impossible to control and positively manipulate the emotional state of mind of the victims without medical help.

  3. Body dysmorphic disorder • Body dysmorphic disorder {BDD} is a psychological ailment characterized by the obsessive thought of a flawed physical appearance and its effect on one’s self-esteem. For the patients exhibiting this condition, body image depicts how your physicality exists, not just in mirrors but also in their subconscious. •  As initial signs, the condition develops in phases and can be in conjunction with other physical and mental ailments or can simply stand alone. Firstly, people who are in the initial stage of this condition tend to be over compulsive about their appearance and think continuously about their looks and what impact is it going to have on other minds.
