  2. Why Healthy Teeth Are Important If you keep your teeth healthy then you can avoid dental decay or cavity problems in your daily life. Dental decay is also known as tooth decay. It’s a breakdown of teeth because of behavior of germs. The cavities may be a number of various colors from yellow to black. Symptoms may contain pain and difficulty with eating and drinking. If you don't take care of your teeth, cavities and harmful gums will make your mouth uncomfortable. Eating and drinking anything will be difficult. And you won't feel like smiling so much.

  3. Dental Care Tips For Kids Regular visits to the dentist and daily teeth cleaning will help your kid to make teeth strong and healthy. Here are some tips to help you look after your teeth.

  4. Brush at least twice a day: For better dental care we have to brush on regular basis twice in a day.In night the best time to brush teeth is after meals. Prefer a toothbrush with a small head for superior access to back teeth. Soft bristles are kinder on your gums. • Use fluoridated toothpaste. Fluoride helps to harden tooth coating and decrease your risk of tooth decay or cavity. • Brush thoroughly: When you brush your teeth thenshould take between two and three minutes.

Floss your teeth daily: Use floss a slow and gentle sawing motion. • Avoid acidic drinks like soft drinks and fruit juices: Food acids can make your tooth material soften and weak and melt the minerals in tooth enamel, causing cavities or caries. • Avoid sugary foods: Sugar is the most harmful for tooth. Bacteria in dental plaque change sugars into acids.

Guard your teeth from injuries: Always wear a mouth guard or full-face helmet when playing sports or driving bike. • Avoid using your teeth for anything other than chewing food: If you use your teeth to crack nuts, remove bottle caps or rip open packaging then will be suffer with breaking problem of your teeth. • Visit your dentist for regular check-ups: You have to visit your dentist in every 3 month also visit your dentist if you have a dental problem such as a toothache or bleeding gums.
