  1. As the name suggests, Coconut charcoal is nothing but charcoal that is obtained from the raw shells of coconuts. And this Charcoal obtained from raw coconut shells find its uses in a wide variety of applications because of its different features. It has high carbon content and is relatively harder, so it serves as a sublime raw material source to produce high quality activated carbon. Activated carbon means the charcoal which has been heated up or treated otherwise to enhance its adsorptive power.

  2. As a result what happens the surface becomes more compact and dense along with the micro porous (pores which have a diameter less than 2 nm in size) pores structure. And as a whole it becomes harder and also more resistant to the process of wearing and tearing away. It produces less ash also as compared to similar grades of carbons originating from coal.

  3. It has an ash content of 0.61% and lignin content 0f 36.51% respectively, as a result these coconut shell will easily be converted into briquette as well as less ash is produced while ignition. And lastly the coconut shell briquettes come with much more safety guarantee than others. Its environment friendly It ensures the sustainable development because it is completely and 100% made up of sustainable natural resources

  4. It has a burning capacity of twice as much as than any other charcoal It poses a unique quality of burning without a smell, yes it is odorless. It is virtually smokeless also. It also has no taste of its own.

  5. So these are some qualities which will make Coconut charcoal stand out in the crowd and makes it unique.
