HHV’s Thermal Systems division has five decades of expertise in the design, development and manufacturing of specialized vacuum furnaces for Space, Aerospace, Astrophysics, Defence, and Metallurgy industries. HHV is an international supplier of high quality vacuum furnaces. Our full-fledged design centre has qualified and experienced designers with 3D designing facilities to design systems with international standards adhering to NADCAP standards and certified for CE. HHV's thermal system division manufactures vacuum heat treatment furnaces, vacuum brazing furnaces, diffusion bonding hot presses, vacuum induction melting and casting furnaces, CVD/CVI and graphitization furnaces, vacuum arc re-melting furnaces and a host of customized special equipment.

Products • Vacuum Heat Treatment Furnaces HHV specializes in premium heat treatment furnaces that are built to operate automatically with complete heating, multi-point soaking and gas quenching cycles. Our vacuum furnaces provide high consistency and low contamination for annealing, hardening, ageing and tempering.

  4. Vacuum Brazing Furnaces HHV specializes in premium brazing furnaces that are built to operate automatically. Our vacuum furnaces provide high consistency and low contamination for superior brazing.
