Various Benefits Of Using Heavy Copper PCB Heavy Copper Printed Circuit Board (PCB) is a combination of processes that allows extreme copper thickness requirements to become efficient and cost effective. Heavy copper PCB is designed with 3 or more ounces of finished copper in the inner and/or outer which is known as the process of Laminated Deposition. This process uses heavy base copper that delivers consistent and reliable high power circuits.

  2. Plating technology in heavy copper allowed a combination of plating and etching which causes in straight sidewalls and negligible undercut. Heavy Copper specializes in etching and plating techniques.
