Methods to Fix Invalid Certificate Outlook Cannot Sign or Encrypt Problem • Method 1: For Outlook 2013 • Go to the tools and select the option and click on security • Now tick on the Add digital signature to outgoing messages • After that tick on the Send clear text signed message when sending signed messages • After following this, you have to un-tick the Encrypt contents and attachments for outgoing messages • Method 2: For Outlook 2017 • First, go to the tools and select the Trustcenter and click on Email Security • Then, click on the Add digital signature to outgoing messages • After that, tick on the Send clear text signed message when sending signed messages • After following this, you have to un-tick the Encrypt contents and attachments for outgoing messages
