Punjab Public Management Reforms Program (PPMRP), a planning and development department (P&DD) initiative, funded by World Bank, was launched in 2013 for 5 years’ term. One of the major component of PPMRP project was Citizen Contact Center (CCC), which was & successfully operational in PITB premises since November, 2015.
