How to prepare for UPSC EXAM UPSC Civil Services Examination(CSE) is directed by the Union Public Service Commission to recruit contenders into civil services of India including IAS, IPS, IFS, and other services. The exam is showed in three stages that is UPSC Prelims, UPSC Main, and the personality test or UPSC Interview. The UPSC exam aim to focus on analytical abilities and understanding rather than the ability to memorize. The new pattern includes two paper. Both papers have MCQ type questions.
