  2. When should You Seek Help for Stress? • Stress can be understood as how a person reacts to a change. Stress can be experienced by each one of you. It can be experienced at varying levels. In some instances, it may be experienced at a minor level. It will only occur for a short term. In other instances, stress can be chronic.
