2.  preview of his newest project, the Third Unicorn, on Monday through LinkedIn.   At Third Unicorn, they have been quietly and calmly creating a company that will shake the market. Bootstrapped, without the spotlight. And they are acting uniquely. In his article, Grover stated, very differently.   His tweet came just after the Delhi High Court extended the deadline for Grover and his wife, Madhuri Jain, the former head of controls at BharatPe, to respond to the 몭ntech company’s continuing lawsuit, which claims both corporate malfeasance and misuse of money.    Grover was advised to behave properly in the court.   Grover included a broad outline of his forthcoming project in his article as well. Grover made fun of the venture capital (VC) industry by claiming that he only supports “desi” (homegrown) or “self-earned” 몭nance.   There won’t be more than 50 people on the Third Venture team, and the goal is to “create $1 billion in income.” He referred to his strained connection with investors and board members as a result of the loud debate at his old company BharatPe when he declared that the startup would not have a normal board as in other businesses.   While promising to give a Mercedes to everyone working with him after his 몭rm has been operating for 몭ve years, he advised potential investors to get in touch with him immediately.   Ongoing Legal Dispute   After allegations of 몭nancial irregularities appeared in January 2022, which led to their departure from the 몭ntech business, Grover and his wife Jain are currently locked in a contentious legal dispute with BharatPe.   The Delhi High Court gave Grover, his wife Madhuri Jain Grover, and their family members more time to respond to a lawsuit 몭led by the 몭ntech company, which is requesting Rs 88 crore in damages for alleged misappropriation of funds and reputational harm.    Grover, Madhuri Jain Grover, and their family members have until Monday to respond.   Through his attorney, Grover was instructed by the court to act professionally and refrain from disparaging the business or its leaders.
